All Kalifornia products are covered by a 90-Day manufacturer’s warranty against defects, subject to limitations below.
This warranty only applies to the original Kalifornia product. Your warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, abuse, jumping, stunt riding, commercial use, improper assembly or maintenance, failure to follow instructions in the owner’s manual, installation of parts or accessories not originally intended or compatible, use of any charger not supplied by Kalifornia product ware, installation of power systems such as engines or electric motors, damage due to accident, weather or neglect, acts of Nature, or modification of the product. For purposes of this warranty, a defect is defined as; “A flaw, failure caused by the manufacturing process or material that was not consistent with the original design”. This warranty implies no strength or fatigue value beyond industry standards. This warranty does not mean “indestructible” as all materials can fail if pushed beyond design and manufacturing limits. This warranty does not include normal wear-and-tear parts (i.e., tires, tubes, cables, grips, chains, etc.) – all of which are subject to varying wear life depending on use, load, weather, road conditions etc.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs for all warranty claims. If you return your product and the issue is a covered event under the warranty, we will repair the product and return it to you at our cost. If the issue is not a covered event under the warranty, we will provide a quote for repair costs and return shipping costs to you. We reserve the right to use refurbished/comparable value components and products in fulfilling any warranty claim.
